In the late 1800s there was a major immigration of German nationals to Mexico who brought their brewing tradition and experience to the region and used their most abundant crop, corn, which is what makes a Mexican lager a Mexican lager! Many of the best Mexican breweries were founded by German brewers!
This cerveza bonita is made with German malts, German hops and flaked 🌽 creating a super easy drinking pale lager. You won’t know whether to raise your glass and “PROST” or “SALUD!” Either is acceptable.
